Parliament Week- 6th November 2023 to 10th November 2023

To celebrate the State Opening of Parliament, we took part in an exciting week full of activities linked to Parliament. We had some assemblies by special guests from Parliament, including Lord Khan. We learnt about what Parliament is, how laws are made and even took part in our very own debate in classes. We learnt about important people in the history of Parliament and how protests have changed our country. We held our own peaceful protests around school about issues that matter to us. Finally, we create some amazing pieces of artwork linked to Parliament. 

We ended the week with a little exhibition to display the amazing work produced over the week. Great job, everybody!
